Nissim “Sod” Azrad the successful serial entrepreneur who founded and ran a few successful startup companies recently announced plans on building a luxury members only hotel & residence in Miami Beach Fl. Azrad mentioned in an interview “we are still in the early stages of this project. We have spotted a few potential sites we think can be good for our business model. It’s all about the right deal now”.
Azrad initially planned on building a luxury modern Japanese beachfront design hotel with 65 rooms and 71 residences.
We had a chance to interview Azrad during his time in Miami Beach, FL and he said this “I came to Miami for the first time while being wealthy 6 years ago and ever since then have been in love with the city. I have always dreamed of doing something like this I was just waiting for the right time and partnering with the right people. I built a super team here with guys who have been in Miami 50+ years, I have an amazing architect, an amazing acquisitions team & most importantly amazing partners” Azrad also added “All you need is a group of 6-7 guys and you can take over a whole city”
Many people in the Miami Beach district are wondering who exactly is Nissim “Sod” Azrad. Azrad is apart of a development company based out of Brooklyn NY with plenty of luxury new development rental building. In his earlier days before accumulating a net worth of over $75 million Azrad started in the real estate marketing field in Brooklyn NY where he has shown tremendous success. In late 2020 Azrad launched RapidTestrs a covid rapid testing site company which had over 35 locations at their peak. The company was rumored to be doing $3 million a month in testing. Azrad also launched Arbitrage Enterprises in early 2022 a company which focuses on Airbnb Arbitrage world wide. Arbitrage Enterprises has over 100 properties worldwide specializing in short term luxury villa rentals.
