Real Salt Lake Academy HS soccer player Angelo Dennet has been awarded the “Attacking Player of the Year”, “Top Scorer of the Year” and “Player of the Year” awards, making him the first player to receive all three awards simultaneously.
All of this ahead of even entering his Sophomore year, the Utah Born Left Winger of African-American and Latin American Descent characterized for his entertaining play style and playmaking ability has become a crowd favorite amongst the students and parents at the SL Academy home games. Mixed with the seasoned leadership of Boy’s Soccer Program Directors Ali Brittain and Greg Ferrie, Angelo has grown exponentially as a versatile threat on the Left Wing making him a threat of flare, speed, and ball distribution that very few possess.
As the year comes to an end and the Spring season approaches, expectations grow increasingly high for the program as they try to outdo their last outing but both Angelo and the academy are poised to have a breakout year in 2024
